Our Managing Director has been managing hotels, lodges, resorts and motels all over Australia and internationally for over 28years. Amiel Rabbelier is a Hotelie for Life (an alumni member of the Cornell Hotel Society), and has attended the Australian Blue Mountains Hotel School in Suzhou, China, before obtaining an MBA in Hospitality Management from the Australian Institute of Business and later graduating from Cornell University's General Managers Program, in Ithaca New York

Certifications include NSW Approved Manager, Food Safety Supervisor, Marriott Evolve Leading Leaders training, and more, ensuring that we are fully equipped to step in with a quick handover and that your business thrives during your absence
